If I were an animal, I\'d be a beaver. Why?I AM ADAPTABLE. I\'m a nationally recognized leader in sustainability, the chair of a Board of Directors, a social entrepreneur (KW Library of Things), a ski and swim instructor who plays the violin, has raised over worked as the operations lead for a winning election campaign, speaks French and English, has multiple published works, has taught at a college, and has biked from Toronto to Niagara Falls in one day. I\'m quick to embrace steep learning curves.I AM FOCUSED ON PROCESS & RESULTS. My ability to foster trust, champion ideas, and manage complex projects at Definity has directly resulted in a national multi-year sustainability partnership, the publication of Canada\'s Best ESG Report in 2024, and changes to how the business administers property claims that reduces waste and improves customer experience. I am a bridge builder who is always focused on the outcomes of the project and the big picture of the enterprise. If I believe in the impact of my work, just watch. I AM COMMUNITY-DRIVEN. During my master\'s (in Community Psychology – the only program of its kind in Canada), I went with each member of my cohort to the gym for an exercise that suited their interest and ability to beat stress and foster a stronger sense of community.
