Responsible for implementation and management of Valard’s Quality Program on sites in the area of responsibility • Prepare Project Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and Project Quality Plans (PQP) in accordance with Valard’s Quality Management System and Client requirements • Ensure compliance to Valard’s Quality Program • Allocate resources to ensure effective utilization of inspection team • Educate project employees on the Quality Program and related responsibilities of each function • Provide Project Members and Inspectors with guidance, Quality consultation and provide an outlet for any quality concerns • Perform reviews of submitted quality documentation to verify integrity of data collected • Utilize applicable procedures, codes, and standards to evaluate test and inspection reports. • Check and review Quality Inspectors work, provide direction and mentorship to new inspectors • Perform Internal Audits of the project functions, assessing compliance to the Project Quality Plan • Compile and organize all Quality Records required for the final Turnover Package
