I’m a people-first retail leader with more than eight years of experience developing strong teams, driving sales, and creating elevated client experiences in fast-paced environments. I’ve worked across beauty, education, and multi-state account management, and each chapter has taught me something that shaped the leader I am today.I recently stepped into my new role as Store Manager at LensCrafters. This move feels like the right next step for me. I wanted a place that values leadership, structure, growth, and genuine connection, and I feel aligned here in a way that supports both my present and my long-term goals. I get to bring everything I’ve learned into an environment where people development and client care truly matter.Before LensCrafters, I served as Senior Account Executive for DIBS Beauty, overseeing a large multi-state territory and partnering with major retailers to lead events, grow business, and train high-performing teams. Prior to that, I supported sales and education for Westman Atelier, building programs that strengthened brand presence and consistently exceeded goals.What has stayed constant throughout my career is my passion for people. I believe in leading with heart, setting clear expectations, building trust, and creating spaces where teams feel supported and clients feel cared for. I enjoy turning ideas into action, solving problems quickly, and helping others step confidently into their strengths.
