I have over two and a half decades of dedicated service in special education. I have cultivated an understanding and passion for fostering inclusive educational environments. My educational experience has led me through various facets of special education, allowing me to develop and refine a unique blend of leadership, instructional coaching, and advocacy skills. I am committed to creating educational experiences that empower both educators and students to reach their fullest potential. I develop and lead professional development workshops for over 100 educators, focusing on inclusive teaching practices, specifically design and differentiated instruction. I collaborate with school leadership to design and implement an inclusive environment that accommodates students of all abilities.
