I am a super nerd about career stuff. Career exploration, transitioning from student to worker, moving between careers, job search strategy, hiring trends.I can seriously talk about this stuff all day. I am a huge advocate for diversity, inclusion, equity and justice, and I\'m always working on my ability to be a good ally. I firmly believe that quality career education delivered early is an act of mental health promotion. I\'d also like to think I\'m rocking a pretty good dorky middle-aged mom vibe. Most of my clients are in the GenZ or younger Millennial categories, and we talk a lot about building confidence and self-efficacy, as well as getting strategic about researching career options and preparing effectively for career moves big and small.
