My role is formally Contract Management, Analysis & Enterprise Solutions Project Management for DISH Networks Corporate Finance organization. My role comprises of a variety of functions, which includes but is not limited to: contract review, redlining and agreement processing, identifying and implementing Enterprise wide SaaS solutions, creating opportunities for cost savings and avoidance via enterprise wide initiatives, spend/Vendor/data analytics, drafting legal documentation, financial analytics and forecasting and lastly, Project Management.I\'ve created, implemented and managed multiple enterprise wide initiatives such as: CO (Customer Organization) Engagement Initiative: I created and manage an enterprise wide initiative focused on addressing spend under specific thresholds, understanding our contractual obligations, and providing suggestions to DISH stakeholders as to how we can maximize cost avoidance / savings while retaining operational continuity and strategy.Contract Consolidation Roundup: Utilization of the Contract Lifecycle Management tool by consolidating over 2200 agreements across the enterprise, extracting key meta-data, uploading the agreements and managing the terms and auto-renewals of the agreements to ensure cost savings, cost avoidance and proactive sourcing efforts.MVNO Acquisition and TSA (Transitional Service Agreement) Project: I lead efforts, following DISH\'s multi MVNO based acquisition, to assess vendor disposition (spend, operational criticality) and draft and issue termination letters and service exit letters on behalf of DISH Customer Organizations.BU Spend and Vendor Consolidation Project: Using tools such as Oracle and Tableau, I create multiple spend and vendor consolidation reports to better assist DISH business units in discerning budgetary decisions and vendor activities.
