Implement physical SOP changes to our inventory management, logistics, and distribution practicesincluding problem-solving through remediating external challenges with our e-commerce shippingpartners, Department of Transportation, and US Immigration and Customs. Create/Manage multi-level data analysis visuals/dashboards and all Supply Chain IT documentationused daily to allow better efficiency and priority planning enterprise-wide including developing theintake process for WMS changes from our supply chain. Communicate with thousands of employees at multiple locations across our supply chainface-to-face. Train how to operate and use a new cloud-based warehouse management system (inEnglish and Spanish). Work with internal and external partners for successful DC cloud conversionfrom an on-prem system. Negotiate with multiple vendors regarding new services/technology to bring direct and indirectprocurement items to our supply chain operations in the US and Canada. Volunteer time to support all the AAP DEI networks through planning inter-workplace events.produce company-wide educational content focused on cultural fluency with the idea of allowing allemployees to bring their full selves to work.
