ABOUT DEVON LOEHR
Professional Engineer registered in the province of Saskatchewan with a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. Over ten years of experience in project engineering and project management with direct / leadership roles in projects ranging in size from $100K to $60M from initiation to closeout. The large majority of my experience has been in execution / implementation of detailed design, procurement, and construction in a wide variety of mining, industrial, and commercial projects including the Cigar Lake Capital Project Jet Boring System / underground process infrastructure, McArthur River / Cigar Lake Freeze Plant Expansions, custom mobile and fixed machine design applications, mill upgrades / major equipment retrofits and camp modernizations. I have a broad range of experience in green field and brown field projects with a well-rounded background in mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation, and architectural. I am focused on safety, results driven, detail oriented, passionate, and take ownership / accountability in everything that I do. I have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills and have maintained a strong and collaborative relationship with clients, stakeholders, contractors and all members of the project and operations teams. I possess hands-on experience and take a very pragmatic approach to solving problems. Simply put, I just love to build, both at work and at home!
