Design of steel, concrete and wood structures- Design of several steel access platforms and pipe support structures for Mosaic Potash- Design of a $3.4M apartment building, including wood superstructure and concrete substructure and concrete piles- Design of several concrete foundations for portable classrooms across Saskatchewan- Design of the structural framing of a roof and structural concrete floor for a new elementary school in Regina SK.Structural inspections and report writing- Visual structural integrity inspections of Mosaic Potash Refineries over several years. Reports included a rating of every member and repair recommendation of deteriorated or damaged members. Inspections included Steel, Concrete and Wood materials- Inspection and report of a 26 Unit Row housing condo property. Inspection included review of the basement concrete walls and floor slab for movement and damage. Report included degree of movement and damage for each unit as well as repair recommendations based on severity. Structural analysis using various computer programs (S-Frame, STAAD, SpSlab)- SpSlab has been utilized for design of two way structural slabs and to review the design of existing structural slabs for new uses- STAAD was utilized for structural simulations of storage building, conveyor galleries for Mosaic Potash mine sites. The analysis included analyzing the structure based on the latest building code. The report included strengthening recommendations or occupancy restrictions based on daily wind speeds or snow build up- Structural design of several rural water treatment plants throughout Saskatchewan, up to total construction of $3.8M
