   Successfully utilize live tooling lathes and horizontal CNC milling machines to build assembly parts for the company performing water quality testing in residential/commercial buildings, reservoirs, pools, rivers, lakes and oceans.• Program and build parts to specification, working with engineers to design 3D models, answering questions on the manufacturing floor, and collaborating across departments for additional information and training.• Prototype for new parts to be added into production, and work with programmers to prove out current parts.• Receive stock material, load into machines, correctly program for production and inspect finished parts.• Ensure all produced parts are finished within +/- of an inch tolerance, adjusting if necessary.• Consistently exceed goals in daily production, at times completing up to 300 parts each day depending on job.
