At Epstein Hillel School, I led the integration of educational technology tools and managed the Innovation Center, crafting a curriculum that includes coding, 3D printing, and the use of advanced tools. My efforts have significantly improved students\' technological proficiency and academic performance, while also enhancing educational and administrative efficiency through strategic technology integrations and comprehensive training programs.Beyond the classroom, my roles have extended to leadership positions in summer educational programs and community engagement activities, underlining my dedication to fostering environments that encourage curiosity, innovation, and a lifelong love of learning.    Led a long-running social and emotional learning initiative for adolescents, guiding participants through meaningful discussions on connection, community, and what it means to grow up in today’s world. Over the course of more than a decade, I have mentored 33 unique groups of students, fostering trust, resilience, and growth.
