Optimized unstructured HTML document retrieval using LangChain and Azure Search and evaluated system performance with Ragas and LangSmith. Implemented advanced chunking strategies, integrated Agentic AI for autonomous reasoning, and built a multi-agent architecture with hierarchical supervision to handle complex workflows. Developed an Infobot with few-shot learning and Google integration to deliver accurate recommendations and used Gemini Flash 2.0 to create a promise management system, enhancing agent accountability and customer satisfaction.
