Key Accountabilities:* Coordinate, manage the execution and the technical aspects of the campaigns such asAd-serving, delivery/pacing, trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting, etc.* Trafficking and launching of the campaigns* QA various tags provided by clients* Identify and resolve technical issues related to campaign assets/tags/pixels for bothclients and internal teams* Troubleshoot ad serving errors such as report discrepancies and broken creatives etc* Provide high-end monitoring and reporting as request by client in a timely manner* Monitoring key KPIs such as CTR, VCR, Viewability, Conversions % on a daily basis* Manage campaign pacing, making adjustments as needed to ensure campaign budgetsdeliver in full* Provide management report of key campaign statistics (performance, pacing etc.)* Identifying new levers and suggest processes for operations optimization* Coordinate with Sales & Account Managers to service accounts efficiently* Work closely with AMs and coordinate on a daily basis with them in order to ensure thesmooth launches of the campaigns and day-day ad operations* Interacting on a day to day basis with client\'s/agency\'s ad-operations team to handleany of their technical/Ad Operation Queries.* Escalating potential technical failures spotted for the campaigns and/or Cluepinfrastructure within the operation perspective * Pro-actively analyze and improve processes to attain efficiency* Implement, document and enforce QA checklists* coordinate with Engineering team on a regular basis in order to request andtest new features for Cluep’s mobile advertising platform and internal admin dashboard* Analyzing on-going activity with current Campaigns / Brands* Maintain and stay current on industry news and research
