About Devi Prasad Balivada
I am a Mechanical Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in CATIA V5 and over 15 years of service with the Hyundai–Kia Motor Group. I have worked in the Body Design Group, handling key components such as hoods, tailgates, trunk lids, and door trims.I had multiple overseas assignments, working 15 times at Hyundai Headquarters in South Korea and also at the Hyundai Design Centre in Germany, gaining valuable global exposure. I also had the opportunity to lead the Door Mechanism Team and actively participated in the assembly processes during the Prototype and Pilot stages at Hyundai’s Manufacturing and Assembly Plant in Chennai. I am currently one of the key member at Kia India Manufacturing Engineering team leading the upcoming EV and HEV Projects.I served as a TFT member on several projects and am highly proficient in technical documentation. In recognition of my contributions, I received the Best Collaboration Award at Hyundai Motor India and the Employee of the Year award at Kia India. With strong experience across both design and production, I bring a well-rounded perspective to automotive engineering projects.
