I manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including private label and custom-designed products, by overseeing product mix, vendor relationships, product placement, pricing, and inventory tracking. I leverage data analysis to drive strategic decisions on product performance, SKU rationalization, and weekly KPIs. My role also includes performing market research on flavors and trends to inform new product development, and I collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of our strategies.
