Currently managing more than $2.2 billion in capital and evaluating global opportunities with financing needs that range from $20-75 million.My contributions to these efforts include:• Sourcing, screening, and providing deal structuring input for potential investment targets• Leading full due diligence assessment of prospective investments covering all product development (preclinical through commercialization), IP, and related functional areas• Day-to-day management of the NQ due diligence team• Participating in term sheet/contract development, review, and negotiations• Preparing and presenting findings to NQ’s Investment Committee• Participating in post-transaction alliance management, which includes both board observer and joint steering committee roles
