Hey there! I’m a longtime marketer turned agency owner turned DEI practitioner turned internal communicator. Basically, I’ve lived a LOT of professional lives, but the heartbeat of my work has stayed the same: vibrant, inclusive, and people-first strategies.Currently, I lead comms at Workshop — the email-first internal comms platform committed to happy Mondays everywhere. No, seriously! Nearly two years in, I’ve helped guide our communications from start-up to scale-up, and I’m passionate about making every employee a better internal communicator (regardless of job title!).I’m especially curious about the role AI can play in the workplace — not as a replacement for human connection, of course, but as a tool that helps us communicate with more clarity, care, and maybe even get some time back for more connection. These days, I’m usually working with ChatGPT, Claude, Obsidian, Perplexity, Notion, Descript, Loom, and Canva.When I have the time, I love dabbling in experiential design and brand development — it’s a creative itch I’m always happy to scratch! And late last year, the team and I launched Ask Devin, a fun little project where I answer comms questions and co-host a podcast with Workshop’s CMO. It’s quickly become one of my favorite parts of the job- This page is a space for thoughtful conversation and connection.    Workshop is a specialized email-first internal communications platform designed to enhance employee engagement, streamline communication processes, and measure the effectiveness of internal messaging.˜ Lead internal communications at Workshop, shaping clear, thoughtful messaging across newsletters, executive updates, All-Hands presentations, and an internal podcast. Focus on helping employees understand what’s happening, why it matters, and how their work connects to the bigger picture.˜ Work closely with leadership and teams across the company to support transparency, strengthen culture, and adapt communication as the organization grows. Provide guidance on how and when to communicate during moments of change, growth, or uncertainty.˜ Contribute to external marketing by writing and sending email campaigns to a 50K+ audience of internal communications practitioners.
