I’m an IT Support Technician with a foundation in customer service and troubleshooting, combined with hands on IT training and real world problem solving experience. My background spans hospitality, film production, and other creative environments, where I developed the ability to communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and respond effectively in time sensitive situations.I bring practical experience with IT support workflows, including ticketing systems, Active Directory fundamentals, and Windows and macOS troubleshooting, along with foundational networking concepts. I’m comfortable diagnosing issues, organizing and prioritizing incoming requests, and communicating clear solutions in structured environments.My customer facing and production background strengthened my communication skills and taught me how to de escalate issues, manage competing priorities, and work effectively with individuals and teams while maintaining professionalism and clarity.I hold the CompTIA Security+ certification and am currently studying for the Cisco CCNA, continuing to build my networking and infrastructure knowledge. My goal is to grow within an IT support or help desk environment where reliability, technical growth, and teamwork matter.
