I\'ve designed at companies ranging from scrappy startups to household names like Adobe and Intuit, and what I\'ve learned is that the best UX work isn\'t just about making things pretty — it\'s about understanding people deeply enough to make complexity disappear.Outside of work I write novels, play golf with more enthusiasm than skill, and build full-stack apps with AI just to see what\'s possible.    Define product strategy and lead design initiatives across a full-scale golf course management ecosystem, encompassing operational systems, revenue platforms, event management, and customer-facing applications. Joined as founding designer during the startup phase and was brought on full-time as VP as the platform scaled — responsible for every aspect of the product experience from initial vision through ongoing delivery.
