I design and scale premium, profit-engineered dairy enterprises.As a Dairy Technologist and business strategist, I operate at the convergence of dairy science, operational systems, brand architecture, and financial performance. My core expertise lies in transforming traditional volume-led dairy operations into margin-optimized, brand-controlled, and commercially resilient enterprises positioned for premium FMCG markets.I hold a B.Tech in Dairy Technology from Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya and further strengthened my technical foundation through advanced exposure at National Dairy Research Institute. My training spans processing engineering, food microbiology, quality systems, and product innovation.Professionally, I have worked across plant automation, commercial systems, and institutional modernization. My early career included processing and automation exposure at Bec Foods, contributing to supply ecosystems aligned with Amul using Tetra Pak technologies. I later advanced into operations and commercial architecture at Punjab Sind Dairy Products Private Limited, where I led MIS structuring, SKU margin modeling, plant transition planning, and cross-functional alignment.At the policy and advisory level, I served as Dairy Sector Strategy Consultant with KPMG Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd, contributing to dairy modernization initiatives in collaboration with National Dairy Development Board under funding support from Japan International Cooperation Agency. My work focused on institutional strengthening, governance structures, and fund performance oversight across dairy federations.I also serve as a Resource Person with National Cooperative Development Corporation through Laxmanrao Inamdar National Academy for Cooperative Research and Development, delivering executive sessions on dairy governance, value addition, cooperative management, and Government of India initiatives.As Founder of Dilli Creamery™, under DPV Global Ventures Private Limited, I built a premium dairy venture scaled from ₹10 Lakhs to ₹32 Lakhs revenue through disciplined unit economics, hyperlocal distribution design, and fresh production systems. The venture has been recognized within the Startup Bihar ecosystem for innovation in premium dairy commercialization.Today, my focus is clear: EBITDA enhancement, margin engineering, premium portfolio strategy, and supply chain intelligence for dairy and perishable FMCG enterprises.I work with founders, boards, and investors building structurally strong, commercially disciplined, and globally competitive dairy brands.
