ABOUT DEVINDER BHALLA
I am a detailed, technical, customer focused and strong senior leader with experience in the Betting & Gaming, Banking, Travel, Telecommunications, Utilities and Consultancy sectors. I have a proven track record in Agile delivery, organisational change resulting from mergers and acquisitions, senior stakeholder management and inclusive leadership of internal and partner on/offshore teams to design, deliver and operate robust and highly scalable solutions across large organisations.Reporting to the newly appointed Chief Data Officer I am responsible to mobilise a data programme management office to drive the delivery on the newly defined data strategy for the Entain Group. This programme will build new critical capabilities across the group such as data management, quality, enrichment, self service, tools and governance. Currently I am Head of Retail BI at Entain Group where I am responsible for managing multi million-pound budgets to deliver state of the art traditional and big data BI solutions using market leading technologies across the Group. I am responsible for teams working across different international locations, large programmes, system integrations, transformations and projects delivering £M\'s of synergies in the BI work space. Using my wealth of technical, management and leadership experience I have built a team of high-performing BI engineers delivering solutions that present critical data and insights to all key functions across the entire group.
