ABOUT DEVINA RANA
I\'ve worked in the Financial Services industry for over 15 years, both in Sales and Leadership roles. I currently look after our clients in the DACH region for Bloomberg Indices - a regulated multi-asset index provider. I work with clients consultatively both in benchmark creation and selection for investment funds, ETFs and structured products across our product suite, with a focus on ESG and Sustainability. I have experience managing key accounts across the breadth of financial client profiles (Buy- and Sell-side), as well as creating and executing on regional sales strategies. I have led and managed product focused sales strategies across regions and teams to achieve success in Enterprise sales, be that FX Trading, Enterprise Data and Enterprise Product solutions. Whilst studying for an Exec MBA I managed teams focused on product support of our core terminal, and our PORT Enterprise and Index services. I managed entry-level grads across to senior experienced professionals, as well as managing the Interns cohort of 40 2 years running resulting in increased hiring and the programme being given the Internship of the year award. I have also led the Bloomberg ERG EMEA Bloomberg Pan Asian Community, and been part of both BPAC and Bloomberg Women’s Community Committees. I continue to be passionate about mentoring and coaching, as well as supporting colleagues as a Mental Health First Aider.
