Most companies are racing to adopt AI. Very few are asking what that means for their people, their structures, or how work actually gets done. That\'s the problem I spend my time on.I work at the intersection of AI strategy, workforce transformation, and organizational design. At Amazon, I designed and scaled an AI enablement program across employees, reaching 96% adoption in year one. Across nearly seven years there, I\'ve led global programs spanning talent development, employee experience, early career pipelines, and HR strategy. I\'ve managed multimillion-dollar portfolios, built and led cross-functional teams, and operated in blue-sky roles where the playbook didn\'t exist yet.Outside of my day job, I\'m building a platform to help early career and first-generation professionals navigate an evolving career landscape.    In yet another blue sky role, I built and scaled a future-of-work strategy for this 50K global organization in partnership with Global HR and Executive Leadership, integrating AI, employee experience, and organizational design to achieve our SVP-level goal of building an AQ-centered workforce. I designed an AI governance framework that achieved 96% AI usage targets Year One (well above goal), instrumental to the organization’s reputation as a model for enterprise-wide employee AI adoption. I’ve steered global engagement and business improvement initiatives instrumental to achieving our workforce tech transformation goals and cemented our organization’s reputation as the blueprint for enterprise-wide employee AI adoption. Leading a global team, we’ve expanded our Rewards & Recognition program after establishing EX benchmarks for measurement and evaluation, and we execute quarterly events and celebrations scaled and adapted for APAC & LATAM teams.
