I currently lead the Third Party Business Continuity and Operational Resiliency Testing and Exit Strategy Planning teams, driving strategic initiatives that enhance vendor risk oversight and ensure robust recovery capabilities across the enterprise. My work spans governance, execution, and strategic planning, with a strong Operational Excellence (OpEx) focus embedded throughout. Previously, as a Senior Business Continuity Consultant, I led process improvement efforts that simplified resiliency workflows and contributed to the successful closure of multiple MRAs, issues, and control enhancements. Alongside my resiliency leadership, I bring over a decade of experience in the financial industry and have been guiding Agile transformations since 2015. As a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Coach, I specialize in helping organizations adopt Agile principles, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. I’m known for challenging the status quo, empowering teams, and keeping coaching strategies fresh and impactful—regardless of the role I’m in. My mission is to build resilient, adaptive organizations that thrive in dynamic environments—through both operational rigor and Agile innovation. I’m also committed to giving back to the community through active involvement in multiple volunteering organizations and efforts.
