   As a Lead Developer, I design and implement solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O), enhancing key capabilities while ensuring compliance with regulations like HIPAA, SOX, and GxP. I manage the full release process, ensuring seamless deployment through rigorous testing and validation.I contribute directly to development, using my expertise in D365 F&O to build efficient, scalable solutions. I collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Solution Architects, Data Engineering, and D365 Cloud CRM—to integrate and enhance system functionality and ensure smooth data exchange with Dataverse. I also contribute to the creation of technical designs and documentation that meet the needs of Finance, Compliance, IT, and Quality teams.Additionally, I manage Azure DevOps repositories and pipelines, driving continuous improvement in our development and deployment processes. I focus on enhancing workflows, improving system performance, and applying best practices to ensure the technical integrity and efficiency of the system.
