As a Design Engineer I in the New Product Development (NPD) Loader Group at Bobcat, I support the full product lifecycle from concept through production by designing and developing loader components and systems. I create 3D models and 2D drawings using Creo Parametric, participate in design reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure designs meet performance, durability, and manufacturability standards. I also support prototype builds, testing, and provide on site engineering support at manufacturing facilities to resolve production challenges and improve product quality.
