Devin Persaud is a corporate Partner at Miller Thomson LLP in Toronto, but is first and foremost a problem solver. Devin advises clients on all aspects of Canadian competition, antitrust, foreign investment, marketing, and corporate compliance law. Devin also advises clients on all potentially anti-competitive and consumer protection business practices as well as in running internal investigations and implementing corporate compliance programs. Devin was the President of the South Asian Bar Association of Toronto from 20••••24, and also is an executive of SABA North America. During this time Devin was also a founding member of the University of Ottawa\'s Business Law Clinic, and an executive of the Law Student Society.Prior to law school, Devin received a Bachelor of Business Administration with Distinction, from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and proceeded to work in the consumer packaged goods industry. Devin is an advocate for diversity in the profession, and was part of the OBA working group on advocating for changes to the working environment of racialized licensees.
