   I lead an incredible team here at Murphy USA, focused on optimizing over $600M in annual indirect spend. My goal is always to drive significant cost savings and really dig into the total cost of ownership (TCO). I\'m proud of how my leadership has directly supported major company goals, from securing key sponsorships for our National Leadership Conference (engaging over 1,700 store managers!) to successfully integrating our procurement practices for an acquired company. I\'ve taken a hands-on approach to evolving our procurement strategy, launching a new Supplier Segmentation model and building out a comprehensive supplier relationship management program. What\'s most rewarding is empowering my team; I actually restructured us, giving everyone specialized category focuses and developing Key Results Areas (KRAs) that put ownership directly in their hands. I also championed a big push for efficiency and data-driven decisions, bringing in a new procurement SaaS solution that made our scorecard process much smoother. I\'ve guided my specialists in creating PowerBI dashboards so our stakeholders have the insights they need. Plus, we re-evaluated our low-value sourcing, trusting our business partners to handle those, which really boosted their autonomy. And yes, I even co-developed a career path guide with HR because I believe in developing talent from within.
