Using design thinking and “Street Data” (Safir & Dugan, 2021) to collaborate with educators, students, and their communities to reimagine how school can be more joyful, purposeful, and equitable-Partnered with over 600 schools over six years to support more than teachers in reimagining their practice and strengthening their approach to center learning around equity, voice, and agency-Expert professional learning designer and facilitator, who is skilled in using asynchronous modules, in-person learning, online learning, evergreen tools, and communities of practice to sustain learning-As a graduate student at Stanford University, recommended policy alternatives on education reforms through a year-long course run by Prof. Linda Darling-Hammond and then California Secretary of Education Alan Bersin-Practitioner and researcher in the areas of teacher preparation and school design – 8 years spent developing educators and currently completing Ed.D. focused on innovating the teacher prep model.
