   Supporting all stakeholders during the design and construction phases of a Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facility on the owner / operator side- Managing project schedules and controls by tracking key milestones, identifying potential delays, and ensuring alignment with the overall construction timeline- Conducting in depth engineering review and coordination of design deliverables (e.g, P & IDs, equipment specifications, 3D models, PHAs, etc.) to ensure compliance with owner/operator standards and project requirements- Directing all aspects of vendor management, including technical bid evaluations, qualification, and document control- Controlling project financials through budgeting, cost control, and forecasting, providing regular reporting of expenditures to management- Acting as a liaison between the EPC, equipment vendors, and construction teams to resolve technical queries and scope gaps- Spearheading the review and approval of change orders and RFIs (Requests for Information) to mitigate scope creep and maintain project execution efficiency- Developing and maintaining project documentation and reporting standards to ensure a seamless turnover from design/construction to operations- Serving as the primary technical resource for the company’s first PSM facility, providing the detailed plant design knowledge required for third party contractors to develop SOPs compliant with OSHA 29 CFR 19•••19.
