Lead the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence for the U.S, Canada, and LATAM across both Property & Casualty and Life & Health business lines- Facilitate executive searches for key leadership roles across the SCOR Americas region- Collaborate with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans and sourcing strategies- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency- Manage recruitment budgets and external partnerships, including RPOs, permanent placement firms, and executive search providers- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines across key skill areas, including actuarial, data science, underwriting, claims, accounting, business development, marketing, HR, and IT- Partner with marketing to strengthen employer branding and effectively communicate SCOR’s Employee Value Proposition to the candidate marketplace- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies to ensure SCOR’s talent acquisition efforts remain competitive and impactful.
