About Devin Kelly

I have six years of experience in healthcare/life sciences supply chain roles with a focus on manufacturing & operations. My positions have included EHS shop floor & EHS services, Lean Manufacturing Engineer, Value Stream Leader (continuous improvement), Production Supervisor, and most recently Manufacturing Project Manager. I started my career at GE Healthcare and completed the Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP), which includes three 8-month rotations in different roles and different parts of the business. From there, I moved into an off program role at GE Healthcare Life Sciences, which was an acquisition of the Danaher Corporation and later branded as Cytiva. In addition, I have worked in other sectors such as Aerospace/Defense, Automotive, and Civil Engineering Consulting. I’m passionate for roles in program, product, and project management.

1. Senior Manufacturing Project Manager - New Product Introduction (Npi)

   Mar 2023 — Present · Westborough, MA, US

   Initiated transfer of production (from Cardiff, UK) for new single-use NFF Pump Flowkits to provide customers with customized, off-the-shelf solutions - leading to increased demand and future growth with BioPharma customers • Executed line extension project to incorporate viable cell density (VCD) sensors into existing consumable products – allowing customers to measure cell density in real time, improving process yield and reducing scrap of cell media • Validated new single use flowkits with smaller diameter tubing (NPI) to allow a wider range of customers to scale from small batch production runs to large scale applications using the full spectrum of Cytiva products
