Superior Court with violations of the criminal code.•Develop supervision plans and recommend appropriate actions to the court based upon compliance. •Attend and testify at show cause hearings, arraignments, and related proceedings. •Recommend and place defendants in social services programs such as mental health, educational, and job placement services. •Communicate and interact with individuals in the criminal justice system and with court officials through written and verbal communication. •Act as supervisor when designated by upper management.•Responsible for supervising interns within the High Intensity Supervision Unit, including assigning and reviewing work, training and appraising personnel, and other supervisory duties. •Provides supervision and direction to subordinate staff and coordinates work flow within the work unit or office, including distributing work, providing technical assistance, answering questions, and resolving problems within the High Intensity Supervision Unit.•Supervises the development and implementation of training programs to include electronic monitoring and other work within the unit.•Trained interns to provide customer service to attorneys, litigants, law enforcement personnel, and the general public. •Serves as a point of contact for information concerning cases processed within the agency who is capable of responding to any inquiry within established guidelines.
