Org MissionThe Florida Institute for Child Welfare seeks to use collaborative partnerships, research, policy analysis and training to enhance the sustainability of the child welfare workforce. The overall goal of cultivating a competent, diverse, professional, and effective workforce would positively impact engagement with vulnerable families. To accomplish this mission, the Institute will create a supportive community for child welfare professionals to enhance their skills, plan for their careers and receive ongoing well-being support.
