UK Carbody is an independent accident repair specialist based in Bristol with the capability of repairing up to 75 vehicles per week. We have been working with some of the largest Insurers, Accident Management Companies and Commercial Fleet Operators over the past nineteen years including- LV= Insurance,NFU Insurance, Axa Insurance, Hastings Insurance, Vizion Accident Management, Kindertons Accident Management, and On Hire/ Winns Solicitors to name but a few. We offer a competitive range of services tailored to meet each work provider and policy holder requirements, whilst ensuring a hassle free repair process in the event of bodywork or mechanical damage, coupled with an excellent reputation for customer service. We have a workshop facility with ample parking located in Avonmouth nr Bristol, The workshop is facilitated with the latest industry compliant tools and equipment, and we carry out all aspects of the repair on site in accordance with both Thatcham and Manufacturer Technical Methods and the BS10124:2014+ A1 2016 Cat 3, with stringent quality checks at every stage to ensure each and every repair undertaken is completed to the highest of standards. We operate a robust management system (AutoFlow) that keeps an in depth audit history of all tasks undertaken on each and every vehicle, enabling us to ensure that repairs are completed within the pre defined SLA for each of our customers, minimising total claims cost for the work provider whilst ensuring a pleasant customer journey for the policy holder or driver. The use of the aforementioned management system is also of added benefit as it is possible to enable work providers to view the stage at which the vehicle is currently at within the repair process using our on-line tracking system which is also CAPS compliant enabling direct communication between repairer and work provider, minimising telephone traffic between companies and therefore saving both time and money for all parties.
