About Devin Carter

I am an action-oriented Technology Analyst that has experience with Workforce Solutions, HR transformation, Supply Chain, and Corporate Facilities. Currently, I work on the Technology Strategic Planning Team, taking a look at the work we currently have going on in our organization and planning out the next five years. This involves taking a look at capacity and technology capabilities and making strategic decisions on where our organization wants to go with the collaboration of our business teams. Other experience that I have includes leading technology projects throughout their lifespan. My focus includes, but not limited to, working with Business Partners to provide value-adding quality services; project management; understanding processes, goals and challenges for the business partner; serve as a consultant for ongoing development; and assisting business partners with business case development; business process architecture; and tracking business value. I work collaboratively with business groups to determine long-term road map for technology transformation. My strengths include task management, leadership, communication, and team building.
