Designing telecommunications network (FTTH, FTTB) using data provided by the customer and collected from the field using AutoCAD, Blue beam and QGIS.• Designing appropriate access network facilities in timely fashion to meet customer service datesusing standard technologies, establishing project milestones for service delivery.• Designing the work plans for each projects with detailed information about network facilities for the construction team for future works.• Coordinating with the project manager and with the engineers for the quality changes in the projects.• Documenting and uploading every project files with various designs to the company server for quality inspects and for future purposes.• Reading Municipal Consent, AutoCAD consent plans to draw telecommunication plans for Bell projects for cities in Ontario and Manitoba.• Develop and prepare civil engineering drawings from high-level designs, sketches, specification sheets, and other data• Perform self quality check and review of drawings before submitting to the internal & external customer.• Develop project-specific construction notes, material requirements and identify associated labour tasks.• Meeting with clients to discuss project scope and strategies• Check and verify design drawings to confirm to specifications and design data• Preparing checklist for MC for different area as per customer needs• Training new employees and QC their works
