As an LLM student in International Commercial Law at the University of Strathclyde, I am driven by a deep passion for exploring how law interacts with rapidly evolving global challenges. With a background as a 6th rank holder in my BA LLB program at the University of Kerala, I’ve consistently demonstrated academic excellence and a commitment to impactful legal work.My legal journey has been enriched by hands-on experience in corporate, commercial, and competition law. During my time as an Assistant Lawyer, I gained invaluable insights into advising clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and drafting commercial agreements. These experiences have not only honed my technical legal skills but also strengthened my ability to address complex problems with creative and practical solutions.A key milestone in my academic career is my dissertation titled \"The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Abuse of Dominance and Anti-Competitive Agreements in the EU.\" This research delves into how AI is reshaping traditional notions of market dominance and competition. I explored challenges such as algorithmic collusion, predictive pricing, and the regulatory gaps AI presents. My work provides actionable insights into how legal frameworks can evolve to address these pressing issues while fostering innovation.Beyond academics, I thrive on collaboration, whether it’s working with peers on moot court competitions, contributing to legal outreach programs, or engaging with thought leaders in panel discussions. Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi, I bring a multicultural perspective to legal challenges, making me adaptable and open to diverse perspectives.I am eager to bring my expertise to roles that require a blend of legal acumen, analytical rigor, and innovative thinking.
