As my career evolved to leadership roles, my focus turned to how futuristic web - experience can look and how my team\'s knowledge and strength can be put together to deliver not just one time solution but a continuous service. As AI is becoming inevitable, performance engineering had welcomed it with open hands. I had the chance to experiment in developing scripts with AI tools, try the predictive analysis of monitoring tools and also work on Python Automation to help eliminate redundant tasks. As Performance Engineering is becoming an exciting place by the minute, I had the chance to work on SRE implementing SLI/SLO practices improving the production support enhancing smooth business operation even during peak hours.
