Creation and maintenance of latest fund/shareclass/dealing currency on the various Data Repositories in line with data received from Data Owners/ Product Manager. Maintenance of various fund identifiers such as ISIN, UCII, Bloomberg tickers, SEDOL, Lipper ID, Swiss Valor, SRRI, Reuter Codes (RIC). Work closely with Global Product team and make sure all the identifiers/tickers are set up accurately and updated in Fundipedia and Fund Data Management Application (FDMA - Hosted and managed externally by Morningstar) on time with a notification to all the relevant parties. Work on LEI (Legal Entity Identifier)- Maintain, renew and create with LSE (London Stock Exchange) portal and GIIN (Global Intermediary Identifier Number) Process - Create and de-register on Internal Revenue Service (IRS) portal.4. Work with Product Governance teams to source data and ensure that downstream activities are not impacted. Responsible for Dynamic data reconciliation which includes NAV/TNA/Fund Size information and escalate the issue with Product, TPA and other business teams. Accountable to maintain accuracy of Funds data on GCP and support Data Quality and exception management. To perform Registration Matrix reconciliation and work on Regulatory data such as PRIIPs and Volcker on time.8. Discuss the issue logged in JIRA Service Desk with all the relevant stake holders and keep them posted with the progress on a timely basis.9. Work with the product team to resolve any bottlenecks and issues that may arise within the process and manage their expectation in terms of maintaining the data accurately. Get actively engaged in raising issues with vendors on incorrect data.
