ABOUT DEVIESH RAIKUNDALIA

I am a licenced insolvency practitioner and an experienced advisor to businesses and individuals that are facing financial difficulties, with many years of experience in dealing with businesses in Administration, Liquidation or subject to a Company Voluntary Arrangement. I have also dealt with individuals that are subject to Bankruptcy proceedings or an Individual Voluntary Arrangement.My primary goal is to rescue and turnaround the situation with a view to avoiding formal insolvency procedures.Having begun my career in 2003 with a top 50 London firm, where I qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant, I am experienced in advising all sizes and nature of companies, ranging from smaller owner-managed businesses to large multi-franchise operations and professional practices, as well as individuals with personal debt problems.I have lectured for insolvency professionals for The Association of Business Recovery Professionals (commonly known as ‘R3’), been asked to comment by BBC Radio Leicester live on general insolvency matters and in 2013, was listed amongst the Top 100 Rising Stars in Leicestershire.Specialties: Whole spectrum of work with financially distressed businesses and individuals, ranging from helping directors turn around their business, to undertaking formal insolvency assignments, to supervise procedures to recover funds for creditors.
