B-tech in mechanical engineering with 12years experience in QA/QC thermal power plant project,maintenance, overhauling and RLA for inspection of boiler pressure parts, alignment, testing, commissioning and maintenance of boiler like (P.C fired, CFBC, WHRB),piping and rotary equipments along with NDT. familiar with IBR,Asme,AWS and IS relevant code and standard as well as ibr regulations.Roles and responsibilities:1.Inspection of O&M spare material as per drawings.2.looking after boiler pressure parts inspection during overhauling,boiler tube leakage restoration3.Witnessing in-situ oxide scale measurement,low frequency electromagnetic test,PAUT,eddy current test.4.Reviewing radiography film interpretation.5.Planning & coordination of RLA with third party agency including NDT.6.IBR documentations of boiler like renewal of license, Overhauling permission as well as RLA.7.Preparation of MIS report,BTL tracker with coordination of operation and planning.8.witnessing preventive maintenance of soot blower,oil guns etc.
