Being a change agent is not only my role it’s my M.O. At BWL I’m developing my communication, critical thinking and analytical talents focused on mitigating risk as our business traverses the current energy and environment evolutionary needs. As my life experiences have shaped me to be a versatile, adaptive, and hard working, at BWL I’ve been able to leverage Prosci’s change management methodology to increase our success, as change happens everyday. I am spear heading more than projects; I host monthly Change Ambassador meetings, provide in-depth Human capital analysis, and have been sustaining and improving support systems for our almost 100 change practitioners company wide. I have been able to have a reach farther than our in house change network, I’ve been able to impact the greater Lansing community by meeting the youth in local high schools and early professionals in college classrooms to talk about my experiences and to empower the future leaders of this world. I’ve been inspired by attending professional events to see hear from speakers like Heather McGowan, Matt Hall, and MSU executives.
