   Based on Purchase Order confirmation, prepare Proforma Invoice & Packing list and submit to client in order obtain the advance amount / LC confirmation from them. • Obtain the export license from the PESO department in order to export the explosive cargo.• Obtain the vehicle license from the PESO department in order to arrange vehicle momentum from factory to concern port.• Preparing Pre & Post shipment export documents like Invoice, Packing List, COO and Marine Insurance etc, in order to fulfill the export shipment process as per Contract / Order wise.• Getting done the export customs and obtain AWB / Bill of Lading.• Negotiate and coordinating with Shipping Liner, Freight forwarder, CHA & Transporters of their services.• Ensuring all the documentary requirements fulfilled as per the guidelines at respective ports for custom clearance.• Monitoring the vehicle movement & ensuring the deliveries in time, as per the priority schedule.• Renew the statutory documents i.e, CAPEXIL, ECGC & FTCCI etc,• Obtaining GSP, Form A / AIFTA certificates / SAFTA from Export Inspection Agency & obtain the COO & attestation Export License, Commercial Invoice from FTCCI as per Client requirement for all other countries. Obtaining UN certificate from the IIP.• Monthly ECGC premium details submitting to ECGC of India and uploading monthly sales in CAPEXIL.• Coordinate with consultant for obtaining Advance authorisation application & closures time to time and follow up with same for EODC certificates from DGFT.• Maintaining MIS related to all the offshore activities.• Regularly coordinate with finance department collection of receivables within due date & other service providers bill payments.• Follow up with distribution and magazine department for cargo loading & timely arrange & dispatch the vehicles and containers in order to meet the vessel schedule. • Negotiate the transport freight with transporters & ocean freight with liners for shipment operations.
