Serve primarily as Workday HCM go-to Business Analyst, responsible for the Scope,\\\\ndesign and delivery of technology solutions that optimize and enable our People (HR)\\\\nOrganization. This also includes staying updated with technology releases and road-map\\\\nand identify opportunities to leverage new features and functionality to improve business\\\\nprocesses.\\\\n• Responsible for Workday HCM and its integrations with external systems such as Active\\\\nDirectory, Benefit providers, etc\\\\n• Support the relationship with the People Organization, utilizing proactive account\\\\nmanagement strategies, and develop strong business relationships\\\\n• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document information needs and\\\\nfunctional requirements.\\\\n• Lead business analysis and modeling activities by interviewing process owners, users and\\\\nother stakeholders to identify business processes, evaluate the current process and\\\\nworkflow for various business functions; document findings and recommends\\\\nimprovements.\\\\n• Act as a liaison between Project Sponsors/Stakeholders and technical teams. Lead cross-\\\\nfunctional teams to deliver business and technical requirements, business rules, concept\\\\nmaps, process maps, user flows, acceptance tests, and system upgrades primarily for\\\\nWorkday HCM.\\\\n• Plan and manage small/medium complexity projects/initiatives like Open Enrollment,\\\\nAnnual and mid-year review/comp cycles etc.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
