I am an IT professional with over 11 years of experience specializing in ETL development, database management, Business Analysis with deep domain expertise across healthcare, insurance, and banking. I began my career as an ETL Developer and transited to a Business Analyst. Driven by a passion for continuous learning, I completed a Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Data Science and Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Austin - McCombs School of Business, expanding my capabilities in data-driven decision-making, process and gap analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Currently, I am working as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master at Wislogix Consulting, leading a team for one of their key clients. I bring an enthusiastic, project-oriented approach to every initiative, with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering impactful business solutions. I remained active in the community by volunteering with a nonprofit language school, teaching children my native language and supporting technical and administrative initiatives for cultural and academic activities by thriving as a Cultural Committee Member for the organization.
