Functional Responsibilities· Provide all required support related to repair estimates and ensure all system/manual processing complies with procedures.· Monitor damaged inventory status and depot repair performance regularly. Includes monitoring accuracy of depot repair estimates in conjunction with the Technical Surveyor.· In conjunction with Operations & Engineering teams, assist in the resolution of repair or technical disputes occurring within the region in a timely manner.· Ensure customers receive system-generated repair invoices and manual invoices together with appropriate backup documentation for lessees.· Follow up with depots to expedite turnaround of equipment and to assist depots in obtaining repair approval from customers.· Provide value-added services where applicable.· Other responsibilities and projects which may arise.Main Tasks Responsibilities· Work within established company operational policies and procedures toward the goal of reducing overall repair costs & equipment turn time.· Process and coordinate applicable repositioning & activity reports, as required.· Updating computer systems relative to any modifications, identification of tanks, maintenance and repair work, and operational details· Process applicable vendor invoicing· Ongoing monitoring of outstanding release authorizations - following up with regional teams as necessary, to expedite customer delivery process.· Various tasks, as directed by the Operations Manager.
