As a highly motivated and experienced mechanical engineer, I have pursued and obtained a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Through my academic and professional journey, I have gained diverse technical skills in software and machine operations, including AutoCAD, Solidworks, Ansys (FEA), CNC machines, and 3D printing.In my professional experience, I have gained valuable skills and knowledge as a Teaching Assistant for Engineering Measurements and Graduate Assistant for Engineering Economy at Cleveland State University. In these roles, I helped professors and students with coursework, laboratory experiments, exercises, and assignments. Additionally, I have experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Wraptite Inc, where I assisted in troubleshooting and root cause analysis, maintaining production orders, and working with hydraulic pumps for heavy plastic rolls, core cutting, manual assembly, and pallet loading and unloading using forklifts. Familiarized with LOTO procedures, and safe handling types of equipment. Prior to my internship, I worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Dilip Engineering Works. In this role, I successfully designed and implemented production layouts and manufacturing processes within the die-casting and plastic injection molding industry, resulting in a 10% reduction in manufacturing cycle time. I also optimized technical processes using Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing Methodologies, which increased total output productivity by 6%. Furthermore, I managed 23 diecast and plastic mold production with an overall budget of $250k for all products.As a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Right Angle Build Con Ltd Pvt, I assisted senior engineers in installing and commissioning HVAC system units for commercial and residential buildings, performed energy audits, implemented energy conservation measures, and worked with technicians to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues.I am a highly motivated individual who is committed to achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
