Due diligence, acquisition targets and divestures are included as part of the process of my work. I have also worked on new product development where new/innovative ideas and technologies have been identified and are ready for market commercialization, through rapid product development or a stage gate process. I have extensive experience in process development, validation, and scale-up of new plant construction and operation. Over the years, I have maintained the existing lines of business for productivity, derivative products / line extensions, cost take out, 2nd source qualification, and consolidation to drive efficiency in the company.
