Strategic Finance Leader with a progressive career spanning pharmaceuticals and financial services industries. Currently appointed as Finance Director, leading all financial aspects for the Established Pharmaceuticals business at Abbott India Limited.Before Abbott, I joined Perfect Day, a US-based food biotechnology company, to lead their Indian manufacturing business following the acquisition of Sterling Biotech. As CFO, I played a key role in driving the business performance and contributed to the groundwork for a $100 million greenfield project currently under construction. I actively contributed to the strategic sale and played a pivotal role in forming the joint venture with the Zydus group, later serving as its CFO. Prior to this, I spent nearly a decade at the Piramal Group, gaining hands-on experience in multi-segment, multi-location manufacturing setups, as well as equity raises totalling over $1.5 billion. I significantly contributed to the $4 billion DHFL acquisition by Piramal and efficiently managed the integration of its financial operations.My foundation in audit and assurance, gained at Deloitte, includes leading statutory audits for major FMCG clients and developing expertise in IFRS and US GAAP. I am passionate about driving financial performance, strategic growth, and operational excellence.
